We agonized over replacing my car, dreading having to choose a suitable replacement and negotiate a fair price with an aggressive salesperson. Thankfully, we met Craig Hughes at Richmond Hill Toyota! At all times, Craig was ever the professional-never aggressive. From the outset, he assisted us in determining our needs in a new vehicle, presenting the options and discussing the benefits and disadvantages of each. Next, he introduced us to the CAAP program whereby we qualified for a discounted, fixed price-no negotiating was involved. Finally, when a back-ordered accessory arrived, Craig personally came to our home, took the car in to the shop, and brought it back to our home afterwards. Overall, we were so impressed that we referred our family, who has also bought cars from Craig!
